These Terms and Conditions establish the rules for using the services provided by Parisa Global Advisory, including accounting, bookkeeping, tax services, and other financial services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Parisa Global Advisory, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.
• “Client” refers to any individual or business entity that engages Parisa Global Advisory for services.
• “Services” refers to accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting services provided by Parisa Global Advisory.
• “Agreement” refers to the contract or arrangement established between the Company and the Client for providing services.

2. Services

Parisa Global Advisory provides a range of financial services, which may include:

• Accounting and bookkeeping
• Tax preparation and advisory
• Financial planning and consulting
• Payroll processing
• Software integration and customization

The services provided will be based on the specific agreement established with the Client.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Gateway: Payments will be processed through the applicable payment gateway. By using the payment gateway, Clients agree to comply with its applicable terms and conditions in addition to Parisa Global Advisory’s Terms and Conditions.
• Payment Schedule: Payments will be made as per the Engagement Letter.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional fees. Continued failure to make payment may lead to suspension of services until all outstanding amounts are paid.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved at the discretion of Parisa Global Advisory, except where a refund is required by law.

4. Confidentiality

Parisa Global Advisory is committed to protecting the confidentiality of Client information. We will not disclose confidential or sensitive financial information without the Client’s written permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect the information provided by clients. However, Parisa Global Advisory will not be responsible for unauthorized access to information by third parties unless such access results from our gross negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parisa Global Advisory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Where applicable, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services provided.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services within 2 days of payment. After this period, payment processing will be initiated and the refund, where applicable, will be processed within 15 days. Any outstanding amounts must be paid before the cancellation is considered complete.
• Termination by Parisa Global Advisory: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these terms or fails to make required payments.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved as per the Engagement Letter.

 

9. Compliance with Laws

Clients are responsible for complying with applicable local, state, and federal laws in connection with the services they request. Parisa Global Advisory will comply with applicable laws but does not assume responsibility for the Client’s legal obligations that fall outside the scope of the services provided.

10. Amendments

Parisa Global Advisory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients may be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing Parisa Global Advisory.

12. Consent for Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages relating to your account, notifications, promotions, and updates from Parisa Global Advisory.

13. Opt-In/Opt-Out
